Dominar 400 ABS Bajaj
Bajaj Dominar, the Pune-based bikemaker’s premium flagship power cruiser, was launched at an attractive price of Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in December last year. Badged as the most powerful Bajaj bike, the Dominar is now available in 42 cities of the country. In February 2017, the company has experienced a sales growth of 4.11% with significant contribution coming from the Dominar. Having struck the right chords with customers, Bajaj Dominar 400 sold over 3000 unit sales in the month of January.
Considering the high-demand for the bike, Bajaj might ramp-up its production in coming months. Bajaj will also start exporting Dominar to overseas markets including Russia, Turkey, Peru and South Africa. Available with two variants – ABS and Non-ABS – the Bajaj Dominar has derived its design inspiration from the Pulsar NS 200 and Ducati Diavel. The overall butch appearance is courtesy the fresh design and new elements, combining comfort of a cruiser and ruggedness of a naked streetfighter.
